This Italian vase is interesting in its spherical shape, unusual for a vase that is typically smaller. On either side, one can see the profiles of helmeted soldiers. The vase is entirely decorated with yellow and green foliage against a deep blue background, with a few flowers completing the design. This vase is of Venetian inspiration. Unfortunately, it was broken, then glued and restored, but it remains very decorative nonetheless, with its vibrant colors and size.
