XIXth century tinned copper dessert

Superb red copper dessert mold with bodily and pastilled decoration, of high quality of execution. This circular mold, with a double row decor of curved pastilles evoking a stylized flower or a crown, is a typical piece of old pastry shop, intended for the creation of molded desserts: frosts, desserts or Bavarian.

The interior is tired for food use in accordance with old practices. It is equipped with its original hook, allowing a wall -hung in traditional kitchens. Copper is thick and worked with a hammer, testifying to the craft know-how of the boilermakers of the time.
