This piece of earthenware is quite rare on the market, the yellow color is not common used on the entire surface. We are lucky that this pot has kept its lid, so we know its use since it is inscribed tobacco. It is a piece of Nevers which dates from the beginning of the 19th century. Accidents are reported.
