Rouen earthenware jar cache XVIIIth

Lovely ancient earthenware holder, attributable to Rouen from the 18th century. The decor in shades of blue typical of this region, associates lambrequins, foliage and stylized foliage.

Two side handles underline the elegance of the form.

The frosting has fine natural cracks, characteristic of ancient earthenware. This authentic object combines decorative refinement and period charm.

Good general condition, an old enamel slightly worn on the edge.
