Elegant little bronze sculpture representing a lying lion, of a beautiful brown patina, measuring 15 cm long. The subject of the lion, emblem of strength and sovereignty, was frequently used to adorn offices, cabinets or fireplaces.
Bronze sculpture is presented on a blackened wooden base.
We will notice some traces of old gilding.

Old work, full cast. Deep and natural patina. Coherent traces of wear with a good seniority.
