Data and purposes
The contact form collects contact details, the message and, where relevant, the piece concerned in order to respond to the enquiry. For an acquisition enquiry, processing supports pre-contractual discussions; for other enquiries, it is based on the legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries.
Recipients and infrastructure
The information is accessible to the professional operating this website, to Antikium insofar as necessary for its operation, and to essential technical service providers. The application is hosted by Vercel and the Supabase database used by Antikium is configured in the Paris region. These providers may use subprocessors or international transfers governed by applicable contractual safeguards.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to handle them, maintain the relationship and meet applicable legal obligations, then deleted or archived when these purposes no longer justify retaining them.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, or restriction of processing, and object to processing under the conditions provided by applicable regulations. Send your request to the professional email address or contact details given above. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Cookies
